We work at selected preschools, by invitation only. Small groups. Nervous system focus that builds the foundation for future academic readiness.

Founder & Managing Director
Toddler Development Specialist | EISE Instructor
Akshatha's journey spans both early childhood education and healthcare environments, giving her a unique perspective on child development.
Through years of working closely with children, families and developmental professionals, she recognised a critical gap between academic readiness and developmental readiness.
This insight led to the creation of Akarian — a platform dedicated to building the sensory foundations that support learning, regulation and lifelong growth.

Chief Technical Officer
Finance, Administration & Operations
Kartik oversees the operational and administrative framework that powers Akarian. He ensures seamless execution across finance, systems and organisational operations, supporting the growth and scalability of the program.
